A flavorful combination of chocolate and pear cream, with sliced poached pears in between two layers of chocolat genoise, topped with a white chocolate ganache.
Entre deux couches de gâteaux au chocolat on y trouve une crème au chocolat et des tranches de poires pochées. La couche supérieure du gâteau contient une crème de poire légère enrobée de ganache au chocolat blanc.
