All of our cheese cakes are made with finest and purest ingredients. In no way do we add additional bi-products such as flour or shortenings in order to increase the volume of each batter.
In addition all of our cheese cakes are baked upon order and cook for a period of three hours and measure approximately 2 ¾” in height.
